You can delete your Wysebee account at any time, with all the data Wysebee Cloud keeps for it. This applies to the Wysebee apps for Android and for computers and to the Wysebee website, which all use one account. Wysebee is made by Wysebee Inc.
Delete it in the Wysebee app for Android
- Open Wysebee and tap your picture at the left of the bottom bar.
- Scroll down the Account page and tap Delete account.
- Confirm that you understand it cannot be undone, then tap Delete for good.
Delete it in Wysebee Desktop or on the website
- Click your picture at the bottom of the left-hand bar to open your profile (on the website, the Profile tab of your account).
- Under Sign out, click Delete account.
- Confirm that you understand it cannot be undone, then click Delete for good.
Wysebee Desktop also clears what it kept on that computer, as signing out does.
If you have a subscription, it is cancelled at the same moment, so you are not charged again. The rest of the month you paid for is not refunded.
Ask us to delete it
If you no longer have the app, email privacy@wysebee.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my Wysebee account". We will confirm the request with you and delete the account, normally within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in
- Your agents, their settings and API keys
- Your conversations, topics, tasks and reminders
- Your pictures, skill files and encrypted backups
- The list of your devices, and your credit usage
- Any AI answers you reported
- Your subscription, and your saved card and billing details at Stripe
Deleting from the Android app also removes that phone's pairings and its kept notifications.
What is kept
- Payment records: what was paid and when is kept for tax and accounting, no longer tied to your account. Stripe, our payment processor, keeps its own records as the law requires.
- Usage analytics: events in Mixpanel name you only by an account id and contain nothing you wrote. They are not removed automatically; email us and we will ask for them to be removed.
- Data on your own devices: what a computer keeps locally stays until you remove the app or its data.
